General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity. A business customer is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Contract Conclusion, and Correction Options

The purchase agreement is made with The FauShop.

By placing products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. You may place products in your cart without obligation and modify your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. You will immediately receive a confirmation via email after placing your order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

Available languages for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login area.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You will find more details in the product listings.

We deliver only via shipping. Self-collection is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit Card
You provide your credit card details during checkout. The card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will notify you of the debit date at least one banking day in advance (prenotification). Banking days exclude Saturdays, public holidays, Dec 24, and Dec 31. The account is charged before dispatch.

PayPal
Offered via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. You may not need a PayPal account for PayPal Plus. Check the options during checkout.

  • PayPal/PayPal Express: Requires registration and confirmation via your PayPal login.

Sofort by Klarna
Requires an online banking-enabled account. You authenticate and confirm payment. Your account is charged immediately.

Google Pay
Requires a Google account and activated Google Pay. The transaction is completed immediately after the order.

Apple Pay
Requires Safari browser, an Apple account, and activated Apple Pay.

Amazon Pay
Requires an Amazon account. Payment is processed within one banking day.

Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later)
Offered in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Available only to consumers, subject to address and credit check. Payment is made directly to Klarna.

  • Klarna Credit Card: Charged immediately. No address or credit check.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the courier and contact us promptly. Failing to report it does not affect your legal rights, but helps us claim from the shipping provider or insurance.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

  • Damage to life, body, or health;

  • Intentional or grossly negligent breaches;

  • Promises of guarantee;

  • Cases covered by product liability law.

For slight negligence breaching essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage.

All other claims for damages are excluded.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: OS Platform
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) received the last item.

To meet the deadline, it’s sufficient to send the notice before the period ends.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping (except extra costs for a different delivery method), within 14 days from when we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return—whichever is earlier.

You must send or return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the direct return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to order or personalized based on customer specification.
